SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time: Most orders are prepared to ship within 5–7 business days. Personalized or more detailed custom orders may take longer; if so, we’ll let you know the expected timeframe before beginning work. Processing time does not include carrier delivery time.
Shipping Methods & Rates: We ship from Locust Grove, Georgia using the carrier and service that best suit your order. The shipping charge is shown at checkout, and you’ll receive tracking information when your order ships.
Domestic Shipping: We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states only. Free shipping may be offered on orders over a specified amount during promotional periods.
Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can monitor your package's journey.
Shipping Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order.
Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package appears lost, please email caroleshomecreations@yahoo.com with your order number and tracking details so we can help investigate with the carrier. If an item arrives damaged, please email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. Please don’t send it back until we’ve provided instructions.
