SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time All items at Carole's Home Creations are handmade to order. Orders are typically processed and ready to ship within 3-5 business days. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be extended to 5-7 business days. You will receive a notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Methods & Rates We ship via USPS and UPS from our location in Locust Grove, Georgia. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected shipping method.
Available shipping options:
- Standard Shipping (5-7 business days)
- Priority Shipping (2-3 business days)
- Express Shipping (1-2 business days)
Domestic Shipping We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states only. Free shipping may be offered on orders over a specified amount during promotional periods.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can monitor your package's journey.
Shipping Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us at caroleshomecreations@yahoo.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
